Little Ritual（仪式感）· iOS App

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Little Ritual app (「仪式感」, the “App”), developed by independent developer 彭磊 (“we”). Please read it carefully before use; by using the App you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

Little Ritual is an offline tool: it offers no account sign-up or sign-in, we run no servers, and there is no user system.

Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or upload any personal information.

  • Rituals, action lists, completion records, focus records and preferences you create are kept only in the App’s private storage on your device.
  • There is no cloud sync; the developer cannot read any of your data.
  • The App contains no ads or tracking components.

Permissions We Use

To provide reminders locally, the App requests the following system permission. It is required for the feature it serves and is not used to collect information:

  • Notifications: daily reminders and focus-end alerts. You may deny it; only reminders are affected.

Channel Services & Third-Party SDKs

This build is distributed via the App Store, and purchases and subscriptions are completed through Apple In-App Purchases: the payment flow is provided by Apple. We never receive your payment account, bank card or other payment details; your order and subscription records are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

The App integrates the TelemetryDeck analytics service to improve the product: it reports anonymous usage events only (e.g. screens opened, rituals completed). Events may carry a randomly generated anonymous identifier for deduplication, but contain no directly identifying information such as your name or contact details, and are never linked to your ritual or record content. You can turn this off anytime in the App’s Settings → Anonymous analytics.

Core features (rituals and records) run locally and are unaffected if analytics is off or network access is restricted.

Data Storage & Deletion

  • All of your data is stored in the App’s private storage on your device and nowhere else; there is no server-side copy.
  • Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of your data.
  • If you enable device backup in system settings, data may be included in backups handled by your device maker’s backup service, which we cannot access.

Children

The App is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including minors. If you are under the minimum age required by your region’s laws, please use the App with a parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision.

Your Rights

Because we collect no personal information, there is no online profile of you for us to access, correct or delete — you have full control:

  • View, edit or delete all of your data in the App at any time.
  • Uninstalling the App deletes all of your data permanently.

本《隐私政策》适用于「仪式感 Little Ritual」应用（下称「本应用」），开发者为个人开发者彭磊（下称「我们」）。请在使用前仔细阅读本政策；使用本应用即表示你已理解并同意本政策的内容。

本应用是一款离线工具：不提供账号注册与登录，我们没有服务器，也不存在用户系统。

我们收集哪些信息

我们不收集、不存储、不上传任何个人信息。

  • 你创建的仪式、动作清单、完成记录、专注记录与偏好设置，仅保存在你设备上本应用的私有存储中；
  • 本应用没有云端同步，开发者无法读取你的任何数据；
  • 本应用不包含广告与追踪组件。

权限使用说明

为在本地实现提醒功能，本应用申请以下系统权限。该权限为对应功能所必需，不用于收集任何信息：

  • 通知权限：发送每日提醒与专注结束提醒。你可以拒绝，拒绝后仅提醒功能不可用。

渠道服务与第三方 SDK

本应用通过 App Store 分发，购买与订阅通过 Apple 内购（In-App Purchase）完成：支付流程由 Apple 提供，我们不会获取你的支付账号、银行卡号等支付信息，你的订单与订阅记录由 Apple 按《Apple 隐私政策》处理。

本应用接入 TelemetryDeck 分析服务用于改进产品：仅以匿名事件形式统计功能使用情况（如页面打开、仪式完成次数）；事件可能携带随机生成的匿名标识符用于统计去重，但不含你的姓名、联系方式等可直接识别身份的信息，也不与你的仪式及记录内容关联。你可以在本应用的「设置 → 匿名分析」中随时关闭。

仪式与记录等基本功能均在本地完成，关闭分析或限制网络访问不影响使用。

数据存储与删除

  • 你的全部数据仅保存在设备上本应用的私有存储中，除此之外没有任何副本，不存在服务器端留存；
  • 卸载本应用即彻底删除全部数据；
  • 若你在系统中开启了设备备份，数据可能随系统备份保存（由系统或设备厂商的备份服务处理），我们无法访问该备份。

未成年人保护

本应用不面向儿童运营，也不收集任何人（包括未成年人）的个人信息。若你未满所在地区法律规定的最低年龄，请在监护人同意与陪同下使用本应用。

你的权利

由于我们不收集任何个人信息，不存在由我们保管的线上个人档案，你对自己的数据拥有完整控制：

  • 随时在应用内查看、修改或删除你的全部数据；
  • 卸载应用即彻底删除全部数据。
